This is professional development that makes an immediate difference!
InforMaven Slays Your Team’s AI Challenges…
Are you a higher education administrator feeling the pressure of being time-starved, understaffed, and technologically limited? Your IT department is likely focused on broader institutional projects, leaving you without safe and effective AI-based solutions that could free you to address more strategic matters.
InforMaven can fill this gap with professional development that helps you level up your AI abilities.
You’ll start by customizing our Career Maven application, which helps potential students choose a field of study aligned with their career goals. You’ll then learn automation skills to seamlessly transfer each student’s information to a human in your admissions office or an academic department for further personalized guidance. Next, we’ll show you how to use this newly customized application as a training template to create additional AI-based solutions catering to other administrative needs, such as complex procedural guidance, asynchronous gap analysis, or truly anonymous brainwriting.
By leveraging our proven techniques, your institution will gain two tailor-made AI applications. But more importantly, you will acquire the knowledge and confidence to design further applications that seamlessly integrate AI solutions into your workflow.

J.D. Mosley-Matchett, Ph.D.
Founder and CEO
Dr. J.D. Mosley-Matchett is the founder and CEO of InforMaven LLC, a company that works with non-technical higher education administrators to develop AI-based skills and custom-designed applications that benefit internal and external stakeholders for improved efficiency, effectiveness, and utility.
Establishing InforMaven was a direct consequence of research Dr. Mosley-Matchett conducted in 2023 arising from her post-graduate studies in Business Analytics at Franklin University while also the Director of University Accreditation and Assessment Systems Management at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Before joining UNC Charlotte’s Office of Assessment and Accreditation team, she was the Vice President of Academic Affairs and Provost at the University College of the Cayman Islands (UCCI) where her most notable administrative accomplishments were the achievement of institutional accreditation in 2015 from the British-based Accreditation Service for International Schools, Colleges & Universities (ASIC), the acquisition of discipline-level accreditation for UCCI’s Business Studies Division in 2017 from the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE), and being selected as UCCI’s Interim President during an 11-month period from 2021 to 2022.
But being an educator has always been her passion. UCCI recruited Dr Mosley-Matchett as an Associate Professor in 2009 with more than a decade of successful teaching experience at both the graduate and undergraduate levels as a tenure-track faculty member at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). In the Cayman Islands, she advanced in rank to the level of a full Professor and the Dean of Graduate Studies and Professional Development before becoming UCCI’s Provost.
Her educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Business Administration and an MBA from UTA; a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Franklin University in Cleveland, Ohio; a Juris Doctor (law degree) from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas; and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.
Before UCCI, J.D. served as the founder and Managing Director of a Caymanian company called Words & Images and as the Marketing Executive for the Cayman Islands Tourism Attraction Board. She is a past President of the Rotary Club of Grand Cayman Sunrise and a past Secretary of the Cayman Islands Marketing Professionals Association. She has also been a scuba instructor since 1991 and remains a member in good standing with the Professional Association of Diving Instructors.
In 1988, she established Sterling Impression, Inc., an American corporate communications firm that served numerous clients, most notably Walmart, IBM, Texas Instruments, Southwestern Bell Yellow Pages, and J.C. Penney.
